Mobile Athletes

We offer a flexible and convenient solution for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, seeking personalised fitness guidance in the comfort of their own environment. Whether it's training at home, outdoor workouts at a local park, or even online sessions, our mobile exercise programs adapt to suit the preferences and schedules of our clients. By bringing the workout directly to our clients, our team eliminate barriers such as travel time and gym memberships, making it easier for people to prioritise their health and fitness goals. Our trainers customise exercise programs based on each client’s specific needs, goals and fitness levels.

One on One Training

  • $40 for 30 mins, $50 for 45 mins, $60 for 60 mins

Train with a friend

  • $30 PP for 30 mins. $40 PP for 45 mins, $50 PP for 50 mins

Train 3 friends or more

  • $20 PP for 45 mins

Little Athletes

Our Little Athletes programs suit kids of all ages. Our range of programs are designed to provide fun and engaging activities to improve Preschool, Primary school and Secondary school children physical and mental wellbeing.

Physical activity programs not only promote physical health and social development in children, but can also contribute to academic success by improving concentration, focus and mood.

Our school PMP, incursion or after school activity programs offer our Little Athletes a structured environment to engage in physical activity and develop healthy habits. Our fitness classes focus on developmental milestones and all our programs provide a valuable opportunity for children to channel their energy productively, promoting physical fitness and overall wellbeing.

Our student programs promote social interaction and teamwork, helping students build friendships and develop important social skills in a supportive, inclusive and fun setting.

Allied Athletes

We believe allied health clinics can benefit from providing fitness programs to their patients, offering a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all wellbeing needs. Our allied health programs provide an important benefit and service to help patients achieve what they can’t on their own. Whether it's losing weight, getting into a good routine, or assisting patients to live fit and healthy lives, we help clinics by working through their patients’ concerns and needs.

We offer a diverse range of classes designed to enhance both physical health and mental wellbeing including Pilates, Stretching and Mobility, each tailored and able to meet the individual needs of participants.

Retired Athletes

Our aim is to assist retirement and aged care facilities in providing a supportive and stimulating environment for their residents. Our programs are designed to address the unique needs and challenges faced by older adults, focusing on activities that improve strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health. By incorporating gentle exercises, such as chair yoga, resistance training and low-impact aerobics, our programs cater to varying levels of mobility and fitness, ensuring that all participants can safely engage in physical activity, enhance their physical health, mental wellbeing, stress management and overall quality of life.

Our programs also offer numerous social benefits, providing opportunities for residents to connect with each other, build relationships and combat feelings of loneliness and isolation.
