JONATHAN HAMPEL
Jonathan has been a part of the sports and fitness industry for over fifteen years. Sports has come naturally to him as he grew up playing a range of sports including football, soccer, tennis, volleyball, softball, track and field and basketball. Jonathan has not only played AFL at a junior level, but has coached and held the office of Operations Manager in a local suburban club.
In his previous employment, Jonathan was a Sports and Events Coordinator for Swinburne University managing and facilitating over 150 students in a variety of sports from basketball to lawn balls at state and national university competitions.
Jonathan is passionate about promoting the importance of health and wellbeing and excited to demonstrate his wealth of knowledge in sports and fitness to all his clients.

ALI JENSEN
Ali’s own weight loss journey, after having children, was the catalyst that saw her qualify as a personal trainer in 2014. She was often asked what she was training for. “Training for life,” was always her answer. We all start somewhere – whether you have a basic or advanced level of fitness or are somewhere in between her goal as your trainer is to start at your current level and work together to reach your goals. Helping other people through their personal fitness journeys is her passion. Ali loves functional, resistance and bodyweight training. Post-natal, youth training and training people with physical and psychological limitations are her special interests.

BRENT CALLIS
A broad range of health and fitness experiences allows Brent to work easily with a range of people. He has worked at fitness centres and mobile personal training, providing group fitness classes and 1 on 1 sessions. While completing his Masters, Brent delivered an exercise program in aged care facilities to prevent falls risks.
His personal experiences with broken/dislocated shoulders and ankle, and their rehabilitation, give him additional insights for the delivery of his training sessions to avoid injuries.
In his spare time, Brent enjoys playing cricket and hockey, and has an interest in AFL and tennis.
